Role Description The Building Materials Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Zanesville, OH. This position coordinates sales activities for lumber and building materials, supports the sales team with quotes and orders, and serves as a key point of contact for customers and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and following up on bids, organizing and entering orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate product information and pricing. The coordinator collaborates closely with designers, estimators, and yard staff to confirm availability, schedule shipments, and resolve issues quickly.
