We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout South Florida, develop new business opportunities and establish long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Conduct in-person visits to construction sites, offices, and prospective customers.
- Present our product collections and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
- Generate leads, prepare sales opportunities, and consistently work toward sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with our inside sales team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience in lumber, building materials, or construction-related sales is a strong plus but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned sales territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable traveling throughout South Florida to meet with prospective customers.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
