What You’ll Do
- Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
- Merchandise and maintain an inspiring, organized showroom.
- Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
- Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
- Participate in promotional events and special projects to boost sales.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
- Forklift certification required prior to operation.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
