GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Systems Management: Oversee and maintain compliance databases, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of audit data and technical documentation.
- Supplier Coordination: Facilitate the completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and collaborate with suppliers to obtain current production schedules.
- Audit & Inspection Logistics: Schedule third-party inspections and audits; serve as the primary liaison between external agencies and supplier facilities.
- Quality Assurance Liaison: Partner with the Quality Control (QC) department to track and document quality approvals.
- Internal Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the Compliance Manager and Analyst to streamline departmental workflows.
- On-Site Auditing: Conduct physical label audits on incoming products at distribution centers to ensure regulatory and branding accuracy.
- Policy Maintenance: Regularly review and update compliance policy documentation to reflect current industry standards and internal requirements.
- Operational Support: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the compliance team.
