ER Registered Nurse
Location: Shiprock, NM 87420
Pay Rate: $58 per hour $1,246 Travel Stipends
Schedule: Day shift. The time can vary according to the needs of each facility and/or clinic.12-hour, 8-hour, or 10-hour Tour of Duty. Includes weekends and holidays.
Contract Length: 6 months with the option to extend

Requirements:
1 year ER or acute care experience
Current RN license
Active BLS
Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on emergency care including triage, assessment, and treatment of patients across all acuity levels
Quickly recognize and respond to critical conditions, including trauma and life-threatening emergencies
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor, reassess, and document patient status in real time using EHR systems
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with EMTALA, HIPAA, and nursing best practices
Support a safe, efficient ER environment while helping manage patient flow
