Luma Lighting is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, competitive, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as Entry-Level Appointment Setters.

This is a door-to-door canvassing position focused on lead generation and appointment setting. You will be one of the frontline faces of Luma Lighting, introducing homeowners to our permanent architectural lighting systems, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

Your primary responsibility will be working alongside our door-to-door sales team to canvass residential neighborhoods and generate new business opportunities for Luma Lighting.

You will:

• Knock doors and speak directly with homeowners
• Introduce homeowners to Luma Lighting and our permanent exterior lighting systems
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Represent the Luma brand with professionalism and integrity
• Track daily activity and appointment-setting goals
• Work closely with other members of the sales team
• Participate in team competitions, incentives, and company events

Top-performing team members may also have opportunities to represent Luma at golf outings, community events, sponsorships, booth setups, and other promotional events.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a performance-driven, commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Strong full-time appointment setters may have the potential to earn approximately $10,000–$20,000 per month, while successful part-time setters may have the potential to earn approximately $5,000–$10,000 per month, depending on performance, appointments generated, hours worked, and resulting sales.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, retail, restaurants, fitness, or other people-facing environments can be helpful, but no previous sales experience is required.
