Requirements
- ble Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and some completed formal education in early childhood education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children
- Should have a solid understanding of child development principles and milestones for children
- Effective communication skills. You should be able to communicate clearly, listen attentively, and express ideas in a child-friendly manner. Additionally, having strong interpersonal skills enables you to build positive relationships with children and create a nurturing classroom environment.
- Be creative and resourceful in planning engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play. Developing lesson plans, creating educational materials, and utilizing different teaching strategies to stimulate children's curiosity and exploration.
- Be able to establish rules and routines, implementing behavior management techniques, and maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.
