Wage: Guest Service Agent $36.00/hr - Night Auditor $37.00/hr. Overtime eligible.

THE ROLE
The Guest Services Agent (3 day shifts)/Night Auditor (2 overnight shifts) provide our guests with excellent service at the front desk from arrival to departure, and respond to guests needs, requests, and complaints.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Warmly welcome, receive, register, and check in/out guests efficiently.
- Answer all guests questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Communicate with other hotel departments as needed to maintain a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
- Balance all department accounts; balance all credit cards to the appropriate PMS system(s)
- Run "end of the day" reports for PMS systems to close out for the day
- Welcome and register guests, and ensure that guests have a seamless registration and departure experience
- Review front desk log at start of shift and record information as needed throughout the shift
- Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfaction.
- Work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Other guest service duties as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
- High school graduate.
- Must have 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Previous guest service experience in a full service hotel or similar job experience preferred.
- Previous computer experience required, previous PMS experience preferred.
- Individuals with passion for customer service and able to work with others seamlessly. This means having no problem collaborating within a diverse team.
- Dynamic and working calmly under pressure.
- Ability to be carrying/lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules including weekends and holidays.
