You will join the founding engineering team for a new product focused on intelligent ad creation, solving novel problems in how AI agents perceive and manipulate creative assets.

What You Will Build
- Agent Infrastructure: Build the backend systems that enable autonomous AI agents to perform multi-step creative tasks on behalf of users.
- Generative Workflows: Design high-throughput systems capable of serving generative video and audio, solving challenges in job queuing and media processing.
- Optimization Loops: Implement the feedback loops that allow the system to learn from performance data and improve creative output over time.
- Systems Thinker: You have a history of making high-stakes technical decisions for complex systems, balancing speed, reliability, and scale.
- Domain Expertise: You have worked extensively in the ads ecosystem (creative optimization, exchanges, or platforms) and understand the data structures required for ad performance.
- AI Integration: You have experience or strong familiarity with building applications that leverage LLMs, agents, or multimodal models.
- Stack Proficiency: You hold a command of Python backends and are comfortable contributing to frontend React, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS.
