Your Role as a CDJR Tech at Lum’s:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems in CDJR vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, tires, etc.)
- Use diagnostic tools to pinpoint and fix issues accurately
- Communicate clearly with advisors and customers
- Stay updated on CDJR models and repair bulletins
- Keep repair records and follow all safety protocols
- Test drive vehicles to ensure repair quality
- Mentor technician apprentices

Qualifications:
We’re Looking For:
- Extensive CDJR experience or ASE certification (Master Level preferred, Level III considered)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with CDJR tools and systems
- Excellent communication and team spirit
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Your own tools
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
