Pay Range: $48,000 to $125,000 annually (commission-based position with no earning cap)

What You’ll Do
- Sell and lease new and pre-owned vehicles in accordance with dealership standards for volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Approach and greet customers, offer assistance, and listen carefully to understand their needs.
- Present and explain vehicle options, performance features, and benefits.
- Offer and coordinate test drives while ensuring compliance with dealership procedures.
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure every customer receives a professional, transparent, and satisfying purchase experience.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
- Stay current on vehicle features, accessories, and trends within the automotive industry.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Lum’s GMC with integrity and enthusiasm.

- High school diploma or GED (some college is helpful)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (required)
- Customer service or sales experience (1 year minimum)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen (we do not test for THC)
- Spanish language skills a plus
