Prepare raw protein items (chicken, beef, seafood, etc.)
Portion proteins according to production specifications
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of protein cooler and equipment
Follow food safety, temperature control, and storage procedures
Label and date all prepared products correctly
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Ensure consistency in product quality
Support team members during high-volume production periods
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
