Seasonal Network Consolidation Team Member

The Seasonal Network Consolidation Team Members are expected to carry out the day-to-day functions of the Lulus consolidation network, including unloading and verifying freight, sorting, allocating, and stowing products. The individual is expected to maintain accuracy and efficiency by the Network Consolidation’s standard operating procedures.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., based out of our Ontario warehouse.

What You’ll Do

• Receive inbound shipments and verify correct content, following through to ensure proper stocking procedures are followed

• Build Boxes, count, and sort to the correct destinations based on the allocation tool

• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place

• Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control

• Identify and document any non-conformance issues with incoming products

• Built and down stack up to 8ft pallets 

• Pick/Stow to and from reserve racks

• Meet and adhere to all safety policies and guidelines

• Maintain a clean and, safe work environment

• Other warehouse duties as assigned

Work Environment 

• Duties are performed both inside and outside in varying temperatures, including heat, cold, and sometimes wet or humid conditions. Exposure to high background noise is probable.

Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties 

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 90% of the time is spent in varying work areas, and 10% of the time is spent in an office environment

• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate co-workers and subordinates

• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area, able to assess weights, and judge distances and heights. Good eye-hand/foot coordination

• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs by hand

• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access locations as needed
