Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager, NA Events, the Event Project Manager, NA Events is a key cross-functional leader supporting the planning, agency creative execution, and project delivery of brand events across North America.

  • Collaborate with the Stakeholders to create activation agency project workback, overseeing timeline risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, project lifecycle management.
  • In collaboration with the Brand Manager, Creative Ops and Event Manager, plan the leadership review gates, meetings, communication and feedback process.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for external agency partners, including asset and toolkit distribution and enrollment meetings, while maintaining creative deliverable trackers, version-controlled design decks, and SharePoint file management to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Oversee agency review rounds and presentations, booking and leading associated meetings and feedback lifecycle.
  • Partner with internal team and external agencies to deliver risk mitigating solutions that align with brand strategy and ensure cohesive execution.
  • On-site as required, support smooth delivery of the event by overseeing the agency installations and approvals. Including the delivery of services and the production of bodies of work assigned by the Event Manager.
  • Manage agency version control of all final assets for proofing and production.
  • Guide materials sampling review process and facilitate handoff between agency and creative for approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in project management, event planning and agency/production, creative, marketing, or relevant field
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives from start to finish, on time and within budget from brief to delivery
  • Experience managing agency relationships and large budgets
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proven project management experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management software such as Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar
  • Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude in the face of changing deliverables
  • Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, who thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $ 112,000 - 147,000 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
