Role Description The Fitness Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in North Conway, NH. This role engages guests on the sales floor, introduces them to lululemon products, and offers recommendations that support their fitness and wellness goals. The Fitness Ambassador leads and participates in in-store and community-based events, classes, and activations to build strong relationships and promote an active lifestyle. Daily responsibilities include educating guests on product features and technical fabrics, maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, and supporting visual merchandising standards. The role also involves collaborating with the store team, sharing product feedback, and staying informed about local fitness trends and community partners.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest experience skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse community members.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and in writing, including listening and asking thoughtful questions.
- Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or athletic training concepts, with a genuine passion for an active, healthy lifestyle.
