We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Organic Juice Bar team. Duties
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train staff, including shift leaders and clerks, to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to meet sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
- Handle cash management processes, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation of cash drawers.
- Maintain an organized POS system for efficient transaction processing.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the day.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager in a grocery store setting.
- Strong knowledge of sales management principles and inventory control practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with diverse customer bases.
