The Role

As a Barista & Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has a positive attitude, and is eager to grow in a wellness-focused café.

What You’ll Do

Craft and Serve

• Prepare espresso, coffee, matcha, teas, and seasonal specialty drinks with care and consistency
• Serve quick service specialty meals ( salad and bowls)
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for all menu items

Create a Welcoming Environment

• Greet guests warmly and help guide them through the menu
• Provide friendly, thoughtful, and efficient service at the register and pickup counter
• Maintain a clean and calm café environment throughout your shift

Work as a Team

• Check guests out at the register and POS system as as needed
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, restocking, and general café upkeep
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and great communication
• Be proactive and supportive—jumping in wherever help is needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year barista, café, or customer service experience
• Passion for coffee, wellness, and great hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive during busy shifts
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Flexible availability

Bonus Points For

• Latte art or espresso machine experience
• Interest in food, nutrition, or wellness trends
• ServeSafe or food handler certification
• Experience in fast-casual or counter-service environments
