What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bread Baker position at Lull Farm LLC?
Candidate will need to possess the skills to produce existing farm bread recipes from scratch and have the ability to create new product on a seasonal basis. Work experience and/or Baking/Pastry degree is essential. One weekend shift is a must. Knowledge of ServSafe procedures is preferred but not necessary. Experience with bakery equipment, ie; mixers, proofers, and deck ovens a necessity. This job is 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, requires standing for long periods of time, capable of lifting 50 lbs , cleanliness and affable manner.
