The Pensacola office of Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, Cohen and Peterfriend is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal for its GENERAL LIABILITY practice. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in AIM/Perfect Law a Plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
INSURANCE DEFENSE experience is a PLUS; must have litigation
Ability to multi-task with a high level of organizational skills
Possess a high level of accuracy with attention to detail
Ability to exist in a fast-paced work environment
Secretarial duties also required such as scheduling and coordinating depositions and meetings
AIM/Perfect Law experience a plus
