Job Objective
The purpose of this task is to provide support to the J3-I mission, accelerate collaboration and interoperability between international Special Operations partners to more effectively deter in competition, respond in crisis, and prevail in conflict.
Responsibilities
- Draft and maintain interactive Information Management products that enable visual analysis of USSOCOM and DoW PN networks
- Draft an IM plan and program that describes how each member of the team will search, locate, meta-tag, file, and update information relevant to J3-I.
- Coordinate with elements across the USSOCOM staff, components, and TSOCs to ensure a holistic view of PN SOF capabilities, constraints, authorities, and key leadership.
- Coordinate with J3-I representatives from the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Intelligence BICES program to ensure consistency between information provided on SIPR and BICES, consistent for Foreign Disclosure policies.
- Develop and maintain J3-I long and short-range calendars
- Coordinate J3-I IM/KM plan and activities with Command Knowledge Management reps to ensure consistency and access across the SOCOM enterprise.
- Perform close-out and escort duties as part of the Division’s Security Procedure.
- Ensure that information attained is clearly categorized based on where it shall be stored and to whom it may be released.
