Qualifications Summary
Certification & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline – highly preferred
- Secret clearance or higher – highly preferred
Competitive candidates should have one or more of the following areas of experience:
- SOF operator
- SOF enabler
- Staff experience at a Joint Headquarters
- Human performance research
- Contracting Officer or Acquisition Officer
- Military analytical programs (e.g. operations research, data analysis)
- Interagency experience (e.g. Department of State, USAID, DHS)

- Participate in required meetings
- Engage potential and current teammates for information gathering and networking
- Conduct competitive research and risk analysis
- Engage with HR and recruiting to create job descriptions and screen candidates
