Production Associate 4 10-HR 3rd Shift w/ Shift Differential

About the Role:

As a Production Associate at our manufacturing facility in Korda, KO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. Your main objective will be to contribute to the manufacturing process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to established quality standards. By consistently meeting production targets and maintaining a high level of attention to detail, you will help us deliver high-quality products to our customers. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operating machinery and tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
