Job Description
We offer delicious, high-quality seafood that our guests love. As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the dishwashing station and kitchen area, properly storing clean dishes and kitchen tools, emptying trash and recycling bins as needed, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
You will also assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, following kitchen prep lists and recipes accurately, maintaining proper food storage and labeling procedures, assisting with receiving and stocking kitchen supplies, and keeping prep areas clean and organized.
