Position Overview
As a Cashier/Server, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests — setting the tone with genuine hospitality, accuracy, and care. You’ll take orders, handle payments, serve food, and help maintain the flow and cleanliness of the front-of-house. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, knowledgeable service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders through our POS system.
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and efficiently.
- Deliver food to tables and assist guests with any needs or questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area and service counter.
- Restock supplies, beverages, and to-go items as needed.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards at all times.
