Requirements
- Assist with unloading deliveries and verifying shipments against purchase orders
- Inspect incoming merchandise (especially plant material) for quality and accuracy
- Label and organize inventory accurately upon arrival
- Support timely restocking of inventory across retail, greenhouse, and nursery departments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving and storage area
- Safely operate equipment such as tractors, golf carts, and basic landscape tools
- Communicate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to management
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization throughout the year
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth product flow and positive customer experience
- Maintain a strong work ethic, accountability, and teamwork at all times
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, nursery, or inventory roles preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Ability to regularly lift 50–70 lbs. without strain
- Strong stamina and ability to remain on feet for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape maintenance tools is a plus
- Ability to safely operate tractors, golf carts, or similar equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a “Can Do” mindset
- Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
