What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager- Children Exposed to Domestic Violence Services position at LUK Inc.?
Case Manager – We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to support children and families impacted by Domestic Violence within the Children Exposed to Domestic Violence (CEDV) program. This role focuses on helping non-offending caregivers strengthen parenting skills, supporting children’s healing after trauma exposure, and connecting families with community resources. The Case Manager will provide individual case management, facilitate groups, and collaborate with community systems while utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches such as the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) Model and ARC Grow Model. This position will build connections between LUK and key partners, implement core components of the project, and work with children/youth to achieve their goals while adhering to LUK’s core values.
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in human services related field preferred; Associates degree in human services related field or a minimum of two years of experience working with youth/families may be substituted. Lived experience as a survivor of or caregiver of a youth who has been exposed to domestic violence preferred. Qualifications also include:
· Experience working with families, trauma, or domestic violence.
· Knowledge of the dynamics and impact of Domestic Violence on children and families.
· Experience facilitating support or psychoeducational groups preferred.
· Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with community partners and service systems.
This is a fulltime position located in North Central Massachusetts and will include community-based travel and implementation. Work schedule must accommodate the needs of the youth and families. Bilingual/Bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply.
Salary : $49,000 - $55,000
