What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Skills Counselor (Fitchburg, Second shift and overnight shifts) position at LUK Crisis Center Inc?
Individual is responsible for the daily implementation of activities and individual client treatment plans, the development and maintenance of therapeutic relationships with clients and consistent supervision of the clients within a residential setting.
Qualifications include a minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk youth preferably in a residential setting. Individual should possess excellent client care and verbal intervention skills, demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
