- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or other POS platforms
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
