I began my career immediately after college as a State Farm team member and come from a family of State Farm agents, so this business has always been a part of my life. I attended the University of Washington—go Huskies!—and I’m also a proud mom of three, which has shaped the flexible, people-first environment we’ve built in our office.
Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our church and local initiatives like food and blood drives. We also support the University of Washington alumni community, the Everett Animal Shelter, and the Everett Chamber of Commerce, staying connected to the people and causes that matter most in our area.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
