Job Requirements
• Class A CDL with HAZMAT Endorsement
• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A flatbed experience preferred
• At least 1 year of machinery/equipment hauling experience
We haul forklifts, compressors, generators, scissor lifts, skid steers, industrial equipment, and more.
• Rollback experience strongly preferred
(Industrial rollback, 40TB , or similar experience is a major plus)
• TWIC card required
• DBIDS preferred but not required
• Experience supervising or leading others is a plus
• A self-motivated problem-solver with a strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt quickly and think big-picture when conditions change
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, load securement, and safe operating practices

About the Job
You will operate both Rollback and Hotshot equipment to transport machinery and industrial equipment across Hampton Roads and nearby regions.
Most hauls are regional, keeping you home nightly, with occasional runs into neighboring states as needed.
Your responsibilities include:
• Safe and timely transport of machinery and equipment
• Using the rollback for lifts, low-clearance equipment, and industrial pickups
• Securing loads properly and following all FMCSA regulations
• Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers
• Exercising good judgment, professionalism, and on-the-spot problem-solving
We primarily operate in Hampton Roads, including:
Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, and Hampton.
