Two roles, one sign-up
💪 Moving helper with just a phone:
- $18/hr on average, plus tips.
- No truck and no moving experience needed.
- Work alongside a driver on a two-person crew.
🚚 Driver with a truck or van:
- $28 to $47/hr on average, plus tips, depending on the vehicle.
- Put your pickup, cargo van, or box truck to work.
- Get paid back for eligible miles, plus most tolls.
- No CDL required.
What you get
- Same-day payout. Money reaches your account the same day you worked.
- Flexible hours. Pick up the slots that fit your week. There is no minimum.
- Keep your tips. Tips are uncapped and Lugg never takes a cut.

Requirements:
Moving Helpers:
- 18 or older.
- Able to lift up to 125 lbs.
- Valid photo ID or driver's license.
- An iPhone or Android with a reliable data plan.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Drivers:
- 21 or older.
- Able to lift up to 125 lbs.
- Valid driver's license.
- Insurance in your name covering the vehicle, plus proof you own it or are an insured driver on it.
- Vehicle 2001 or newer and in good cosmetic condition.
- An iPhone or Android with a reliable data plan.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

How you're paid:
- You are paid per job, and the hourly figures above are the averages it works out to. On a two-person job the tip is split evenly between the driver and the Moving Helper. You choose when and how often you work. A background check is required and paid by the Lugger. The cost comes out of your future earnings rather than an upfront charge. This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
