Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- The position holder will perform maintenance works on condition that the authorized person has MM1 int authorization
- All tasks are performed in accordance with valid technical documentation and Iqmove including revisions of technical documentations / the technical library to assure conformity with EASA regulations
- The position holder will carry out maintenance work in accordance with the Practical Logbook
- The position holder will also carry out maintenance work assigned to her/him by higher qualified personnel
- All tasks are performed in accordance with valid technical documentation and IQmove
- All authorizations are described in the staff record, which also is part of the technical documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Completed technical training in aviation or related field (credits toward authorization accepted)
- In exceptional cases for overseas stations: aeronautical maintenance training / aviation college (minimum 2 years) / aeronautical degree, military service certificate or equivalent
- EASA Part 145 Assessment successfully passed
- Fluent English (written & spoken); German desirable
- Structured, independent working style; strong communication skills
- Leadership ability, assertiveness, and motivation skills
- High sense of responsibility and social competence
- Fit for shift work; able to handle physical and mental demands
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
