Tasks
As the Training Professional, you will perform the following duties:
- Supports Training Program initiatives to achieve site, customer and/or production goals
- Implements and manages program specific training plans throughout all phases of performance for assigned program
- Become subject-matter expert and conduct training courses for various training topics
- Assesses training needs of organization and effectiveness of courses
- Creates and conducts training presentations using a variety of media (PowerPoint slides, video, etc.) for company personnel
- Develops computer-based training courses using Articulate Storyline
- Coordinates class scheduling
- Monitor employees' qualifications and authorizations
- Fosters a work environment that is productive and conducive to respectful rapport with all team members
- Perform other duties as assigned by Training Manager
Requirements

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree desirable
- Minimum of 2 years in related fields
- Fluency in English required
- German desirable
- Adult learning principles are an asset
- Understanding and ability in MS Office & Articulate Storyline as user
