The Freighter Ramp Agent is responsible for:
- Plan aircraft load distribution and optimize cargo per GOM.
- Prepare flight documents, notifications, loadsheets, and NOTOC.
- Brief GHA on loading/unloading and coordinate station activities.
- Dispatch operational messages and maintain traffic reports.
- Check ULD airworthiness and ramp conditions; monitor equipment and staff readiness.
- Supervise or perform aircraft loading/unloading and ensure safety and quality compliance.
- Support crew (briefings, catering, hotels) and assist cargo handling.
- Follow updated procedures; perform surveillance and report incidents.
- Assist in GHA manpower use, staff feedback, training, scheduling, and subcontractor performance monitoring.
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

The ideal Freighter Ramp Agent should meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 3-6 years of experience in airfreight handling and operations is preferred
- Excellent skills of written and spoken English language
- Computer literate as user
- Knowledge of local custom regulations
- Clean driving license
- In accordance with rules and regulations, and given authorities
- CV/Resume required
