Installation Support Specialist - Windows and Doors

Lueck’s Home Improvements is looking to hire a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Installation Support Specialist for Windows & Doors.

This is a full time, year-round, blended position that combines hands-on field work with office-based commercial project support. The person in this role works closely with multiple departments throughout the company and plays an important part in helping projects, ordering materials, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

This is not an entry-level position. Prior construction, remodeling, installation, or related skilled trade experience is required.

We are a family-owned company that has proudly served the community for over 68 years and are looking for someone who wants to grow with a long-term, stable business. This is a perfect role for someone who still enjoys outdoor labor, yet appreciates office time and working on large scale projects.

This position operates Monday through Friday with no weekends.

Starting pay: $26/hour

Field Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and troubleshooting for windows, doors, and exterior products
• Assist with installation support when needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally and help resolve job site issues
• Safely work on ladders when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Oversee warehouse deliveries and inventory

Commercial Responsibilities:

• Coordinate materials and supplies for projects
• Assist with Project Organization
• Support commercial estimating and material takeoffs
• Communicate with General Contractors, customers, suppliers, and installation crews
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling support, and documentation
• Help identify and resolve project or material issues as they arise

Qualifications:

• Construction, remodeling, installation, or skilled trade experience required
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience using a tape measure and basic construction math
• Basic computer skills required
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude
