What are the responsibilities and job description for the Para Educators -Extended School Year Progam position at Ludlow Public Schools?
Candidates are required to work the entire program. Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to the full length of the program.
Orientation will take place from 8:00am-9:00am on July 6, 2026 prior to the start of the program.

Para educators needed for Grades PreK-12 in the following programs:
Intensive Learning Program
Lifeskills/Transition
Substitute Para Educators, on call, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree or meets federal and state requirements
REPORTS TO:
Director of Special Education/Designee
JOB GOAL:
To provide appropriate educational services for students
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
4 Week Program-4 days per week
July 6, 2026 – July 30, 2026
Monday-Thursday
8:45am – 12:15pm
SALARY:
Per Para Educators’ Contract
STARTING DATE:
July 6, 2026
