Quality/Metrology Inspector
๐ Location: Waukegan/Gurnee area
๐ Friday - Sunday 5:00AM- 5:30PM work 36 hours, paid 40 hours
๐ฒ Pay: $18 โ $25/hour (based on experience)

What Youโll Do
Inspect materials, in-process, and finished products
Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Document results and maintain quality records
Support continuous improvement and ISO 9000 standards
- Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet blueprint and customer specifications
What Weโre Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
3โ5 years of experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (sheet metal, welding, or related environment)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing prints
Proficient in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards and Statistical Process Control (2โ3 years)
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes
Hands-on metal fabrication experience
Preferred Skills (a big plus!)
Certified AS9100 Internal Quality Auditor
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
CMM experience
Bilingual (Spanish)
