Ludlow Elementary School is seeking an innovative and collaborative long term substitute teacher with the ability to provide a dynamic learning experience for all students to teach Reading/Literacy beginning on January 5, 2026.
The ideal candidate will have
· Excellent teaching, organizational, planning, written and oral communication, and collaboration skills.
· A strong background in teaching early literacy.
· Classroom management and knowledge of current instructional best practices to effectively differentiate instruction.
· Strong knowledge of how to use assessment to provide student feedback and inform instruction.
· Knowledge of technology integration as learning and productivity tools.
· Student centered focus with a commitment to the success of all students, and ability to understand and teach to all learning styles.
· Deep understanding of social and emotional learning with the ability to create a trauma sensitive classroom.
Salary : $254 - $500
