Role Description
Crown Matting Technologies is seeking a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product promotion, and distributor engagement. This role combines marketing coordination with graphic design and digital content creation responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creative design work.
The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Creative Suite, content creation, social media, and digital marketing, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media platforms
- Design and develop marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, brochures, presentations, catalogs, and website graphics
- Create engaging digital content for social media, email marketing, product launches, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support promotional efforts and distributor marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update website content, product information, and digital assets
- Assist with photography, video content, and visual storytelling initiatives
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and distributor marketing requests
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and creative materials
- Assist with organizing and managing marketing assets, files, and project timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- 1–4 years of marketing, graphic design, or content creation experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
- Experience creating digital and print marketing materials
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, or similar tools
- Must pass background and drug screens
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media content creation and management
- Photography, video editing, or multimedia content experience
- Experience in B2B or manufacturing marketing
- Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and email marketing platforms
- Understanding of branding, layout design, and visual communication best practices
