Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
- Perform leak detection and plumbing repairs.
- Install, repair, and replace water heaters (tank and tankless).
- Clear clogged drains using professional drain cleaning equipment.
- Repair or replace faucets, toilets, sinks, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures.
- Install and repair water supply and drain piping.
- Complete whole-home and partial repiping projects.
- Perform sewer and drain inspections.
- Respond to emergency plumbing service calls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems independently.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing repairs and installations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
