Lucky Spot Barbershop — Greensboro, NCFull-Time | 70% Commission | Leadership Growth
Lucky Spot Barbershop is seeking an experienced, dependable barber to help lead our Greensboro location inside Walmart.
This is a working leadership opportunity for someone who wants to produce behind the chair, help develop a strong team, and take responsibility for daily shop execution. We are looking for a professional who can lead by example and help the location operate consistently without requiring an owner to be present every day.
Compensation
70% commission. Earnings depend on individual production, schedule, and clientele. Any additional leadership compensation will be discussed during the interview.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality barbering services and deliver a professional customer experience.
- Maintain a dependable schedule and remain available for appointments and walk-in opportunities.
- Help execute Lucky Spot’s established opening, closing, sanitation, customer-service, and operating standards.
- Support new barbers as they complete Lucky Spot’s existing orientation and onboarding process.
- Coach and develop barbers through example, communication, and accountability.
- Help improve service count, client retention, rebooking, and productive chair coverage.
- Assist with daily scheduling, customer concerns, and routine operational issues.
- Communicate staffing, production, and shop needs to ownership.
- Help build a professional, dependable team that can operate successfully without constant partner supervision.
Who we’re looking for
- Current North Carolina barber license.
- Strong barbering and customer-service skills.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to commit to an agreed leadership schedule.
- Professional communication, appearance, and work ethic.
- Comfortable taking initiative and holding standards.
- Interested in coaching others and helping a team grow.
- Prior lead, management, instructor, or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
- Interested in long-term leadership and business growth.

Schedule
Full-time availability is required, including agreed high-demand hours and weekends. The specific leadership schedule will be discussed during the interview.
