Paint Store Associate – Lucky’s Paint
Lucky’s Paint is looking for an experienced Paint Store Associate to join our team in New Holland, PA. We’re looking for someone who already understands paint products and enjoys helping both homeowners and professional contractors.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with selecting paint, primers, stains, coatings, and related products
- Recommend appropriate products based on the customer’s project
- Mix and tint paint accurately
- Match colors and work with paint formulas
- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions
- Stock shelves and keep the sales floor organized
- Receive and put away incoming inventory
- Help track inventory and identify products that need restocked
- Prepare contractor and customer orders
- Load paint and supplies into customer vehicles
- Maintain a clean and organized tinting and sales area
- Answer customer questions by phone and in person
- Assist with other day-to-day store operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous paint-store, paint-department, or professional coatings experience required
- Knowledge of paint products, sheens, primers, stains, and basic surface preparation
- Experience tinting and mixing paint strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with both homeowners and professional painters
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Able to regularly lift and move gallon and 5-gallon containers of paint

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
