We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with sales transactions and product demonstrations. Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to make informed purchases.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Communicate promotions and new products effectively to customers.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
