Marketing Manager

Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson

Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson is looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Manager to lead the dealership’s day-to-day marketing efforts in collaboration with our Marketing Director. This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, social media, content creation, and event planning.

We’re looking for someone who can create strong marketing materials, bring fresh ideas to the table, and follow through from concept to execution.

Candidates must submit a website or portfolio showcasing their work to be considered. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Responsibilities

  • Design flyers, digital ads, social media graphics, website banners, and in-store signage that follow Harley-Davidson brand standards and advertising guidelines.
  • Plan and execute dealership events, including bike nights, open houses, charity rides, giveaways, and weekend events.
  • Coordinate vendors, entertainment, event activities, setup, staffing needs, and event logistics.
  • Manage the dealership’s social media presence, including content planning, consistent posting, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of inventory, merchandise, staff, customers, and events for social media and digital marketing.
  • Create and coordinate email and text campaigns to support dealership events, inventory, and department initiatives.
  • Keep website content, event listings, business listings, and marketing materials accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and dealership department managers to develop campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and support sales, service, parts, and apparel.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Track campaign results, event attendance, lead generation, and marketing expenses, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and event partners.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. Canva may be used as a supplemental tool but does not replace this requirement.
  • A website or portfolio showcasing original graphic design work is required for consideration. Social media content, photography, video, and campaign examples are encouraged.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing, social media management, or event coordination preferred.
  • Strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create work that follows established brand standards.
  • Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram, including short-form video.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take feedback, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take an active role in event setup, execution, and cleanup.
  • Availability to work on-site, including scheduled weekends and occasional evenings for dealership events.
  • Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson brand is a plus.

What We Offer

  • A fun, fast-paced work environment with a creative, energetic team.
  • Employee discounts on parts, apparel, and motorcycles.
  • Opportunities for growth within our multi-dealership Harley-Davidson group.

How to Apply

Submit your resume and a link to your website or portfolio. Please briefly describe your experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media management, and event coordination.
