We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Windham, NH, just off Rte 111/Rte 93. What You'll Do
As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll help ensure every family receives their order accurately, quickly, and with care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
- Preparing shipments for USPS, UPS, and Amazon.
- Verifying product quantities, sizes, and colors before packing.
- Receiving, organizing, and counting incoming inventory and stock.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized fulfillment center.
- Supporting other warehouse and fulfillment activities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds, with some repetitive motion and periods of prolonged standing.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or shipping experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and are happy to train the right person.
Schedule
- Part-time (15–20 hours per week)
- Required to work both weekday and weekend hours.
- Additional hours may be available during our Q4 holiday season and summer months.
- This role will require working weekends, holidays, and summer during peak periods.
