Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions.
- Accurately enter customer data and update customer accounts in our system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with sales inquiries and process orders.
- Provide support to customers in both English and Navajo languages.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and customer support.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
