Role Overview
We are hiring a Lead Lawn Care Applicator to run a daily route and deliver top-level service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent hours, strong overtime, and the ability to earn $60k–$70k during the season.
Seasonal position: April through October, with consistent full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and accurately
- Run a daily route efficiently and independently
- Operate and maintain application equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Identify lawn issues and make recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations
Requirements
- CT Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain)
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (1 year ideal)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work long days during peak season (6:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, plus most Saturdays)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- English required, Spanish a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$30/hour based on experience, with additional upside for highly qualified applicants
- Weekly overtime available (typically 10–25 hours)
- Typical seasonal earnings: $60k–$70k

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Most Saturdays during peak season
- 50–65 hours per week during the season
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
