Job Summary:
Candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods and cafe items,, including: bread, pastries, cookies, sandwiches etc.. The baker will also be responsible for ensuring that all baked goods are of the highest quality and are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods and cafe items, including: croissants, pastries, muffins, cookies, sandwiches, salads, etc.
- Ensure that all items are of the highest quality and are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in all baked goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a baker in a high yield environment.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, mid day shifts and night shifts as needed.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
