We're hiring an Account Supervisor in NYC to help drive the day to day account operations and lead projects for one of our leading accounts. Our ideal candidate is a self starter, has an entrepreneurial mindset and leads with empathy. You'll be joining a small, close-knit team who genuinely cares about the work we create and most importantly, the people we create with.
Responsibilities
- Leads account logistics and looks for ways to improve it
- Works with PM to develop timelines and best path for each work stream
- Builds strong relationships with junior-mid clients
- Ensures all interdepartmental players are keyed in to the work / projects as required
- Manages brand budget, production budgets and billing
- Leads individual productions and projects
- Oversees usage and talent rights
- Monitors contextual events, competitors and business news
- Contributes to strategic, communications, digital and social strategy
- Develops a point of view on creative work and the skills to effectively communicate it
- Driver of inter-agency team functioning
- Provides thoughtful guidance and training to AE
Qualifications
- 5 years relevant advertising industry experience
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Experience in production across a variety of media channels
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive and willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Good taste in creativity and confidence in strategy. Able to enforce standards and lift the quality of an agency proposal
- Communications excellence, both verbal and written; you’re also a good listener
All hires must be located in or willing to relocate to New York City to work from our office 3 days/week.
The annual salary range for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, vacation, sick and personal days. Also, you will be eligible (approximately thirty days after you commence employment) to participate in all disability, life, travel insurance plans and programs, retirement plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
