What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you are the driving force behind the restaurant’s success. You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management team and hourly staff
- Champion a culture of accountability, respect, and hospitality
- Deliver consistent execution of service, food quality, and brand standards
- Own financial performance, including P&L management, cost controls, and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, liquor law compliance and operational standards
- Build strong connections within the Greeley community and represent the Lucky Fins brand with pride
- Actively engage the dining room—this is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for coaching and developing people
- Track record of driving sales, managing labor, and controlling costs
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences every shift
- High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity
